Every home has a story. This one was truly unique. Our homeowners had lived at this property for 30 years, raising their beautiful family when an unfortunate house fire took place. The fire left the home completely unsalvageable. We understood the gravity of the situation and how devastating this was to them. We immediately got them into the design phase knowing the old home was going to be completely torn down. We designed this beautiful new home around the unbelievable views that they have come to know for the last 30 years.

This home is nothing short of impressive from the moment you walk in the 20 plus foot great room ceilings with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the hillsides that catches your eye. The two custom true arched french glass doors await for the study off of the main foyer. Sister to the study the arched entry dining room which features a salvaged mantle piece from the original house with a fireplace insert our team incorporated to combine the old with the new. The kitchen area is truly remarkable. Endless amounts of cabinetry and prep space coupled with a beautiful farm sink overlooking the back deck. The best of both worlds with the primary bedroom featured on the first floor with the two additional bedrooms placed upstairs with the exposed stair railing overlooking the 20 foot glass wall. The primary suite affords a massive his and hers shared closet , walk in curbless entry shower with a dedicated wet space. If this was not enough an oversized three car fully insulated and heated garage awaits.
