When building a custom home there are many variables to take into account. This is why before going to contract we provide an extremely thorough Scope of Work breakdown of what is included in your build and/or site work requirements depending on your final location. It is not accurate to price homes by the square foot with a custom build until we are able to fully understand your vision with our team upfront. Historically speaking in modern times, we have built homes ranging from $600,000 to $7,000,000 all across the Central New York region.
A typical custom home build with Mark Antony Homes takes 8 to 14 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size, complexity, and weather. Our project managers provide detailed timelines and keep you updated at every milestone.
We currently have ready lot inventory in our Woodridge Heights community in Onondaga Hill, Brittany Hills in Onondaga Hill, Village Meadows in the Village of Skaneateles, and Cedarvale Ridge in Marcellus. We also do many builds each year on off-site building lots or client-owned properties throughout Central New York.
Yes. Mark Antony Homes built the first Gold LEED Certified home in New York State. We are Certified Green Professionals through the National Association of Home Builders. Energy-efficient and eco-friendly building is core to what we do.
Absolutely. Every Mark Antony home is fully custom — you choose the floor plan, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and every detail. We don't build from templates.
